 INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION


The language of the academic sessions of the symposium is English. For academic presentations (presentations sent from companies' R&D centers are included in this group.), only English papers will be accepted. Abstracts sent to the symposium can only be sent using the Online Papers Module. Applications by written form, e-mail, fax and other methods will not be accepted.


In order for the abstract to be included in the symposium electronic book and program, at least one of the authors must register for the symposium.


The entire evaluation process regarding the papers can be followed on the system with the user's e-mail and password.


The following rules should be observed in order to avoid any inconveniences.


Papers will be sent by specifying poster or oral presentation preference.

A participant can upload a maximum of 4 papers to the Abstract Submission Module.

Abstracts; It should consist of Introduction and Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion and Keywords.

The number of keywords should be at least 3 and at most 5.

The author who uploads the paper should specify who will be the ''Server Author''.

Scientific and legal responsibility for the paper belongs to the authors.


***Abstract Submission must be at least 2000 characters


Note:

1) The presenters must complete the payment process by April 15, 2022.

2) These fees are valid for 2 paper presentations. For each additional paper submission, 50% of the participation fee valid on the payment date is requested.


Members of the Scientific Committee will evaluate the submitted papers in order to determine their scientific quality and relevance. Except for company presentations and invited speakers, all papers submitted to the event will be accepted by two referees.


The names and surnames of the authors should be filled in according to their order in the study, and the "Server Author" box of the person who will submit the study should be ticked. The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be specified.


Announcement of Extended Abstract Acceptance


An e-mail containing the abstract evaluation result will be sent to the address defined in the system.


Important information for Oral/Poster presentations


The placement and duration of oral presentations in the program will be announced after the acceptance of the papers.


Do not forget to enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number when registering to the system in order to avoid problems in communication. Papers without contact information in the system will not be evaluated. The Organizing Committee and Dalya Tourism are not responsible for incomplete or incorrectly entered information.


Before the submission deadline, you can make an update by logging into the system with your username and password to correct the errors and missing information in your paper.
